Bisque Dolls

Insure your Doll Collection.

What would happen if your house caught fire while you are out ?

It is a certainty that if you have any reasonably sized collection that your household insurance would not pay out.

Insurance companies always set a MAXIMUM for each individual item insured on household insurance.

If you have valuable dolls (over $200) then you should be certain that these are listed and added as individual items to your insurance policy.

Do not undervalue your dolls to save on the premiums as in case of an accident or fire the insurance company will check on the value of insured goods and will treat any undervaluation as if all your goods were undervalued and will pay out accordingly (or not pay at all if that is in their terms and conditions)

This is particularly important if you are a Doll Dealer or have a part time income buying and selling dolls.

To find out if your policy covers you properly you should consult your insurance agent.
