Steiner Dolls

 

Hermann Steiner Dolls were made in Germany between about 1911 and 1920

They often had heads made by Armand Marseille (the Russian Dollmaker who worked in Thuringia)
This sometimes causes confusion unless the dolls are properly documented.

The Bisque Dolls produced by Steiner are some of the loveliest Dolls from Germany.
Herman Steiner Dolls can be seen in Doll Museums Worldwide as examples of classic Victorian Bisque Dolls.
